Bastyr University celebrates founders’ day in Kenmore

Bastyr University in Kenmore will celebrate founders’ day from 6-9 p.m. on Nov. 2. The founders’ day celebration also coincides with the 101st birthday of the college’s founder Dr. John Bastyr.

The Founders’ Day Dinner commemorates the university’s historical legacy, celebrates its accomplishments and honors the 2013 award recipients.

The festivities begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed at 7 p.m. by dinner and the program.
