Bothell police are searching for a suspect involved in a strong-arm robbery from April 29 at the Thrasher’s Corner Fred Meyer.

Around 4 p.m. that day, a woman was walking to her car from the store when a man walked up to her and grabbed her necklace.

During the struggle, the woman managed to rip off the man’s gold chain after which the suspect fled with the woman’s necklace.

The woman suffered minor injuries during the attack.

The suspect is described as a black male with medium complexion, late teens or early 20s, around 5’6″ with an afro style haircut and may have driven away in a gold colored vehicle.
